1. Digital Product Delivery

At Orderly Owl, all of our products are 100% digital. This means you won’t receive any physical items in the mail. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll gain instant access to your digital downloads through the checkout page and a confirmation email.

If you have not received your email within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still not there, contact us at hey@orderlyowl.shop and we’ll be happy to help you retrieve your files.

2. Processing Time

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. There is no waiting period or physical shipping time involved.
